Spirit Night at Chik-fil-A

Forget about cooking and join us for dinner tonight (Tuesday the 28th).  Please join us from from 4-7 pm at Chik-fil-A Sawyer Heights at 2222 Shearn St.

 Just mention “Spirit Night” at the counter! Proceeds benefit Middle School Camp fund!

Group Pictures - March 2

Group Picture Day is this Thursday March 2nd. Every student will be photographed and school uniforms are required.

Gear up for GO TEXAN DAY! This FRIDAY, MARCH 3!

We can't wait to see all our cowboys and cowgirls, but please remember to leave at home all horses, farm animals, toy guns, or spurs!

Pizza and Movie Night

Join us at the Spark Park for a family movie night THIS FRIDAY!  You will get to VOTE for your movie choice and we will begin at 6:00 pm.  Please fill out the purple form that went home last week and return to the PTO locker if you would like to order pizza and drinks.  Baked goods and popcorn will be available to purchase at the event. Proceeds benefit Wilson Middle School.

Grab a blanket, bring a neighbor, and enjoy a movie in the park!

Urban Harvest Kid’s Market Day - Location: Gregory Lincoln Education Center at 1101 Taft

9:30am -11:30am

It should be a fun time with UH Garden Educator Amy Stevens and the After School Garden Club representing the Wilson WonderGarden! They will have “fresh from the garden” produce, tomato and other spring transplants, plus some garden crafts as well. Please encourage parents to stop by with their students to come tour the Gregory-Lincoln garden and support our enthusiastic WM gardeners!  

  • Bring the whole family for gardening activities and seasonal cooking demonstrations by kid chefs! Support our school garden and get your schoolyard produce, plants, crafts, and more.
  • Participate in fun family activities including face painting, crafts, and garden games.
  • Buy fresh vegetables directly from local school gardens, Including the Wilson Montessori after-school gardening club!
  • Learn everything you need to know about growing backyard veggies as well as pollinator gardening, and composting.
  • Cook with student chefs and take home yummy seasonal recipes to prepare at home.
