Volunteer to Bake!

On November 4th, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Annual Election Bake Sale!

Our school is a polling location, and we like to greet the voters with some yummy-delicious treats (and do some fundraising at the same time!)

Please choose one (or more) of the three opportunities to help:

1. Donate: Drinks, fresh fruit, or a baked good.

2. Volunteer: Sell the deliciousness on the day of the event (we have 2 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm).

3. Shop: Buy some treats and share with your office, or at home!

** Donations may be dropped off at the Election Bake Sale table on November 4th. Non-perishable items may be dropped off at the office on November 3rd.

*** We need volunteers to help police the halls and make sure voters know where to go.  Please sign up if you can help out during school hours from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.

"Cooking at Wilson" workshop

Wednesday, November 5th!

Wilson parents/chefs Soren and Maria Pedersen give a hands-on cooking workshop to Wilson students on how to cook healthy dishes. The children have a great time prepping and tasting a variety of dishes with a chosen vegetable. Parents are welcome to volunteer at the next scheduled "Cooking at Wilson" workshop.

The sessions are as follows:

Wednesday, Nov. 5th: 8:45 - 11:30 am

Tuesday, Nov. 11th: 9:45 am - 1:45 pm

Wednesday, Nov. 12th: 8:45 - 11:30 am

Please consider volunteering or donating to this awesome event! Grocers gift cards or donated cooking supplies can be left at the school's office. The students and the chefs will be ever grateful!

Wilson's Harvest Celebration is this Saturday!

November 8 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm

Join us for a campus-wide fun-filled event.

Not only is the festival the most well-attended school event, it's also the biggest entertaining event full of carnival-style booths, delicious food and treats, crafting booths, raffle, lantern walk and the ever popular Color Run! Read more about this festival.

The Color Run is a colorful display of children at play; and it's success depends on everyone following the Color Run Guide. Please read the rules before attending the Color Run.

See you all on Saturday! Yay!
