Fall Festival Update!

THANK YOU!

On behalf of Wilson PTO, Hannah Jans and Ernesto Alfaro extend their thanks to all the Wilson Families & volunteers who helped make the Harvest Celebration a smashing success! Many thanks to our Fall Festival team: Trudi Becht, Heather Trachtenberg, Lynn McCabe, Ruth Robbins, Linda May Martin, Ron Smith, Eric Tobar, Randy Wharton, Sarah Fischer, Denise Garcia, Malcolm Hackney, David Jans, Marie Rodriguez, Carrie Hartmann, Ruth Yáñez, Chris Swanson, and Ikuko Qano. As you can see, it took a sizeable team to put this together, and we could not have done it without all of these and many other fine volunteers! Great work, team!

ATTENTION PARENTS!!!

Public Montessori High School Survey Form

Friends of Montessori (FOM) is exploring the feasibility of a public Montessori High School option in Houston. We need feedback from parents who might be interested in sending their children to a public Montessori High School. By completing this survey, you have the opportunity to help shape your child's future educational program. Please complete by November 14th. Also please consider joining the FOM High School Committee by emailing cheryl.mccosh@gmail.com. The next meeting is Tuesday, November 18th at 6:30, at Garden Oaks Montessori Magnet School.

Wilson PTO Board Meeting Postponed To Wednesday, November 19!

Due to fatigue (and some legitimate scheduling conflicts), the PTO Board meeting will be postponed to Wednesday, November 19. As always, the meeting starts at 5pm in the school library, and is open to all!

Parents Night Out!

Wilson kids aren't the only ones who can have fun! Parents, please come out to Poison Girl on Saturday, November 22nd for an official Wilson Parents Night Out! 6pm until you feel guilty enough to go back and pick up the kids, or your babysittter needs to leave, whichever comes first.
