FALL FESTIVAL: GRILLS AND GRILLERS NEEDED PLUS OTHER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Fall Festival is November 12th from 3-6pm at the Wilson Spark Park!
Calling all Grillers! Do you have a grill that we can use for Fall Festival? Please email Tish Ochoa at firstname.lastname@example.org. To sign up for a booth volunteer shift, CLICK HERE. Thank you for supporting this year’s Harvest Celebration!
We are happy to report that we raised approximately $24,115. Thanks to everyone for making this campaign a success!
For those who love data points, here are some:
- We received 139 donations
- Average donation amount = $174.75
- We passed out 179 dress passes
- 105 donations were from families with 1 child at Wilson
- 22 donations were from families with 2 children at Wilson
- 9 donations were from families with 3 children at Wilson
- The donations ranged from $5 to $1000.
- We received 51 donations that were under $100
- 88 donations were $100 or more.
- Ms. Huerta’s class had the most individual donations with 18 (The combined Class of Ms. Jodi & Jaime also had 18)
- 65 donations were made through the PTO website and 68 were made using the envelopes.

WILSON’S ANNUAL ELECTION DAY BAKE SALE: TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH
Wilson Montessori is a polling location, and Election Day (November 8th) is just around the corner. That means it’s time to get ready for our Annual Election Day Bake Sale! Whether you'd like to contribute baked goods, other edibles, drinks, or give an hour or two of your time to greet voters and sell goodies, your help is needed to make this school fundraiser a great success!
What you can do to help:
Donate! Drop off perishable baked goods*, fresh fruit, pizza, snacks, or drinks between 7:00am and 4:00pm on November 8th at the Bake Sale Table in front of the school. Non-perishable donations may be left at the office on Monday, November 7th - no earlier! Let us know what you plan to bring by email to Michelle Suddath at email@example.com, or by using the bottom of the bake sale flyer you can download HERE.
Shop! Eat! Come by to say hello and purchase any of the delicious goods for sale.
*Important: Whether donating homemade or store bought baked goods, please bring labeled, individually packaged servings.
**You can also sign up to donate goods or volunteer at the PTO Bulletin Board – first bulletin board on your right at the end of the school entryway.

FABULOUS FIRST FRIDAY FREE DRESS DAY: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4th
Did you know that Wilson’s Fabulous First Friday is a PTO fundraiser? Your kids get to ditch the uniform on the first Friday of every month. All we ask is that you drop a small donation into the Free Dress Cauldron. If every student donates just $1, that’s more than $500! So save your spare change and send it this Friday, November 4th.
NEW WING DEDICATION: NOVEMBER 15th
Please save the date for November 15th for our New Wing Dedication Ceremony. Wilson families are welcome to attend this event starting at 9:00am. More details to come.
