A Sign-Up is an event donated by a host or group of hosts at a designated place and time. The Wilson parents pay Wilson PTO to attend these fun events.

Why Host a Party?

  • Help foster community at Wilson Montessori
  • Support the school's enrichment programs
  • Have fun with old and new friends
  • It's tax deductible!

What kinds of parties could I host?

Parties can be for adults, children, or for the whole family. The hosts of parties pay for all aspects of the parties and decide how many guests will be invited. Parties must take place between April 10, 2016, and December 31, 2016.  

Some ideas for fun parties: 

Pool Party • Game Night • Craft Party • Movie Night Under the Stars • Progressive dinner • Dinner Party • Wine & Cheese Tasting • Roller Rink Party • Child’s Art Party • Cooking Class • Mom’s Night • Bowling Party 

How do I sign up to host a party? 

Download THIS FORM to submit your party idea and drop it in the PTO Locker, near the front office, any time up until Monday, March 25, 2016. 

When do I sign up to attend a party? 

The sign-ups will be posted at the school and available for viewing March 30, 2016. The purchase beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, at the Wilson Auction. They will remain posted through Friday, March 8th, or until sold out.

Looking for Live Auction Items

The Wilson Goes West auction is right around the corner and we need all the help we can get soliciting sponsors and donations items for the event. Do you have unused frequent flyers miles you can donate? How about a vacation property or timeshare we might use to auction off for a weekend getaway? Do you have friends in high place? A personal chef who might be willing to donate a private dinner? Box seats to a sporting event? ‘Experience’ packages tend to sell very well…so think outside the box. And remember – many places require a month’s notice or more, so start asking now! Auction Basket Wish List

Every year, Wilson parents support the school by providing amazing donations to the Wilson Gala. The Silent Auction committee has put together a Wish List for some of the baskets we would like to have at the 2016 Auction.  Feel free to get together with friends and/or other families to purchase items as needed. Ticket Sales

Wilson family and friends, auction tickets are now available! Click here to purchase yours! The auction is scheduled for April 05, 2016 and will be held conveniently just a few blocks away from Wilson at La Grange.  This year's auction is going to be amazing!

Beer for a Year!

We are collecting craft and artisan beer for our Beer for a Year auction item! Please consider dropping off a six pack or growler of your favorite! You may drop off your donation on the porches of the following homes any time starting after Spring Break:
